Walter Morgan has more than 16 years of experience in the Multifamily Industry. He started his career with Black and Decker managing the Home Depot business in North Carolina and Virginia. He then went to HD Supply and was promoted quickly to National Account Manager focusing on clients in Virginia and the Carolinas. After seven years with HD Supply, he left to establish a renovation and capital division at Response Team 1. Within two years, RT1 was established as a national brand in the multifamily industry serving 80% of population. Walter earned a bachelor's degree from the University of Maryland (College Park). He resides in Cary, N.C., with his wife and two daughters. When not working, he enjoys spending time with family and friends.
