Chris Fortune brings more than 17 years of experience in the Multifamily Industry. He currently sits on the Board of Directors for the Triangle Apartment Association. He started his career in the industry with The Apartment Finder working with management companies to achieve their marketing goals. He then went to Diversified Flooring, a locally owned company, where he was involved in everything from sales to production. After four years with Diversified, he left to join RT1 Renovations as a Project Manager for the Triangle Area. Within 2 years, he was promoted to Director of Project Management overseeing all renovation projects nationwide. Chris Fortune holds a BS from East Carolina University and currently resides in Raleigh, North Carolina, with his 2 boys. When not working, he is either coaching or transporting his sons to their sporting events.
